Participants are responsible for arranging their travel from their home to and from the Venice International Airport. At the airport they will be welcome by Arcadia Earth representative for a local transportation to the campus.

For peace of mind and the utmost safety of our young innovators, we are committed to ensuring a secure travel experience to and from our Climate Tech Startup Bootcamp. Each student will be protected by comprehensive insurance coverage, including medical coverage up to $30,000 and general liability of $5,000,000. From the moment our participants land until they board their flights home, they will be under the vigilant supervision of experienced chaperones, guaranteeing a safe, enriching, and worry-free journey of learning and discovery.
